Our campus on Parker Road is equipped with a 14,000-square-foot multi-purpose center including 8 classrooms, a commercial-grade kitchen, and a sanctuary that can seat up to 350 people comfortably. Our sanctuary is equipped with high-end audio equipment and dual projection screens, suitable for a host of applications. Additionally, our church offices have a conference room and an additional 1,000-square-foot flex space, equipped with a video projector and surround sound.


OUR VISION: TO STEWARD AND TO SHARE


When we built our facility in 2010, we envisioned a campus that could serve not only our congregation, but the community as well. It is a strong desire of the people that make up Christ Community Church to steward our resources well and to share them often. Our mission statement says that we exist, in part, “to make a visible difference in the quality of life in our city.” Opening the doors of our facility for events outside of our own activities is one way we desire to do that - through weddings, memorials, 501(c)3 non-profit activities, and through special events by members and friends of the church.


As a non-profit organization, we must abide by certain regulations. This limits certain events and types of use of our facility, 

but we work to be as open and generous with our space as the law will allow.

Facility Use Application Process

Our application process is the same for weddings and non-weddings, although we do provide additional support for couples in preparation for the big day! We will assign a coordinator to you to help you hammer out all of the facility related issues. Please follow the steps below:

    Fill out a facility request form and submit it to our staff. The form is thorough, and we are happy to help you fill it out. Feel free to call us at (352) 379-4949. Once we receive your request, a staff member will confirm the availability of our facilities with the date(s) you provided and will respond within 2 weeks of your submission.

  • step 2

    After your initial contact with our staff, we will set up any additional meetings and explain our policies and fees. If you should decide to move forward with officially reserving your date(s), we will present you with a contract and request your reservation/damage deposit (when applicable). This will secure the date(s) requested.

  • step 3

    Once the paperwork is in order, a staff member, church leader, or wedding coordinator will work alongside you leading up to the date of your event and make sure your needs are met.
